How to print cell numbers
Five steps and a couple of minutes for the whole storage room. The numbers go in order, just as the marketplace app created them.

Set the range
Enter the first and last cell number — the same as in the marketplace app. For boxes, choose “Box ranges” and how many cells go into one box — the labels will read “1–20”, “21–40” and so on.

Choose the paper
An A4 sheet is for a regular office printer, from 1 to 12 numbers per sheet with cutting lines, or a self-adhesive sheet of 24 or 40 stickers. Thermal labels are for a label printer, one number per label.

Check the preview
The first sheet is shown next to the settings. The number fits itself to the space — the more digits it has, the smaller the font.

Print or save as PDF
Click “Print”. In the print dialog, set the scale to 100 % and turn off headers and footers. For a self-adhesive sheet, first print a test page on plain paper and hold it against the stickers to the light.

Put the numbers up
Go in order — left to right and top to bottom. Tape paper numbers with clear tape so they don’t wear out.
Which format to choose
A number is largest on a full A4 sheet and smallest on stickers. For the end of a rack and large boxes, take 1–2 numbers per sheet; for a shelf edge, 8–12 numbers or a thermal label.

* For a three-digit number such as 128. The longer the number, the smaller the digits: for “1001–1020” they are about a third as tall.
How to number cells at a pickup point
The number on the shelf must match the cell number in the marketplace app. The system creates cells, and the pickup point labels them itself.
- Wildberries. WB ПВЗ has its own cell QR labels, up to 33 per A4 sheet: they’re used to change the cell with a scanner. A large number from the generator doesn’t replace them, but it’s visible from afar — put it next to them.
- Ozon. Cells are created in the “Адресное хранение” (Address storage) section of Ozon Turbo, and the pickup point labels shelves and boxes itself. Ozon recommends labeling bulky-item zones the same way they’re named in the system: “КГТ-1”, “КГТ-2” — use the “Text before the number” field for that.
- Yandex Market. The pickup point creates cells itself in the “Ячейки” (Cells) tab of its account; address storage has been mandatory since Sep 13, 2023.
- Boxes. When there are more cells than places on the shelves, one box covers a range. Choose “Box ranges” and work out the range width with the calculator in the “Boxes for pickup point cells” guide.
- No extra characters. If the numbers in the app are digits only, don’t add letters or leading zeros on the shelves: staff should recognize the number from the screen at a glance.

Shelf signs are printed once. The cell number on a bag is needed at every receiving — and it’s often written by hand.

WB has banned markers for any work with items, and Ozon asks not to write on items. That leaves stickers, tape and a pen — or a label printed by a printer.
FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes. The generator is free, with no sign-up and no limit on the number of sheets. You can print up to 2,000 numbers at a time; split larger ranges into parts.
Where do my numbers go?
Nowhere. The sheet is built in your browser, and nothing is sent to our server. Your browser only remembers your last settings so you don’t have to enter them again.
How do I save cell numbers as a PDF?
In the print dialog, choose the “Save as PDF” printer. You can send the file to a print shop or print it later from another computer.
Why is the number printed small or shifted?
Check the print dialog: scale 100 % (not “Fit to page”), headers and footers off, paper size A4 or the label size. For a thermal printer, the label size is also set in the driver settings.
Can I print cell numbers for Ozon without a barcode?
Yes. The generator prints digits only — no barcodes or QR codes. These are signs for shelves and boxes; a scanner can’t read them.
Can these numbers replace Wildberries QR labels?
No, they do different jobs. Cell QR labels from WB ПВЗ are for changing the cell with a scanner, while a large number makes the cell visible from afar. Put them next to each other.
What printer do I need?
For A4 sheets, any office printer. For thermal labels, a label printer with a driver for your computer. Which one to choose and which labels to buy is covered in the “Pickup point printer” guide.
Does Numberries print shelf signs like these?
No. The Numberries app prints the cell number on the order label at receiving. Make shelf and box signs here, in the generator.
